Trident Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, all sales at Trident are considered final.

All returns require prior authorization from Trident before returning merchandise. Returns can only be made for exchange for the same merchandise for another size or an "In Store Credit". This credit must be used within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise in the store. Any merchandise that a customer wishes to return for either another size or an "In Store Credit", must do so within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise approved for return past 30 days will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. "In Store Credits" exceeding 30 days are also subject to a 15% restocking fee of the returned merchandise. Customer’s returning merchandise or attempting to use an "In Store Credit" that is past 60 days without prior authorization is subjected to losing his/ her entire credit. Original receipt must accompany all returns. NO Exceptions!! The customer does not receive credit for the shipping and handling fees. The customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping and handling fees when returning merchandise. This customer expense is not reimbursable. The customer is responsible for additional shipping and handling fees for exchanged merchandise. No exchanges will be shipped unless the additional shipping and handling fees are paid in full.

Due to the fact that Trident imports many of its catalog items, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and handling charges vary according to size and weight of package and customer’s geographical location. Before sending checks or money orders for merchandise, please contact Trident for exact total of your purchase. Merchandise will not be sent unless purchase is paid for in full.
